Mag. Sylvia Amann (*1968, Austria), is a consultant in the field of culture and EU structural funds, founder and owner of the consultancy “InfoRelais” in Upper Austria (www.inforelais.org). Since 1995 she has been active at EU level, initially as part of her management work for the Upper Austria Cultural Platform, and then since 1999 as an adviser for cultural institutions, associations as well as ministries throughout Europe. Also in Brussels she has, in cooperation with the European Forum for the Arts and Heritage (EFAH), headed the “Culture and Structural Funds Reform” programme. She also has publications on this topic. In addition to conceptual activities she is also responsible for their implementation, in particular of INTERREG projects
